Kennesaw, GA, October 31, 2006 -- Cobra Powersports announced their Winter 2006-2007 trade promotion which will give eligible Authorized TGB Dealers the chance to attend the 2007 London Cobra Show while driving in a 2007 Ford Shelby GT-H Mustang.

“Everyone who works at Cobra Powersports is a gear head," says Bill Peirce, President of Cobra Powersports, the US Distributor of TGB Scooters. "I dreamed of owning a 1965 Ford Shelby 427 Cobra as a kid and have been lucky enough to be able to own a couple of replicas over the past few years. I've attended the largest Cobra replica event in Ohio for the past 5 years," adds Mr. Peirce. "We don't sell cars, but I love the new Ford Mustang. So when Ford, Shelby and Hertz came out with the 2007 Ford Shelby GT-H rental car program, I knew I had to find a way to give my dealers a chance to join me in Ohio behind the wheel of a real Shelby."

Cobra Powersports has reserved two 2007 Ford Shelby GT-H Mustang's from Hertz. Ford, Shelby and Hertz collaborated to make 500 special Mustang's available for rental in select airports in the United States. The GT-H packs Ford Racing performance, handling in hot Shelby looks, classic Black & Gold Hertz livery. The 4.6L V8 engine packs 325 horsepower. In 1966 the Hertz Corporation and Carroll Shelby produced 1000 very special Shelby Mustangs that have become valuable collector cars. Together, they made these high-performance, special-edition Ford Mustangs available to car rental customers. And the car rental business was never the same. Now, 40 years later, the Ford Shelby GT-H Mustang brings back the thrill.

Two Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize includes a trip for 2 to the 2007 London Cobra Show in London, OH on June 21-25, 2007. Trip consists of roundtrip air transportation, hotel accommodations for 5 days/4 nights, entry to the London Cobra Show; $250 Gift card; and $1,012 for the winner that may be used toward the payment of the use of the Hertz rental car for 5-days.

The London Cobra Show is the largest Cobra replica show of the year and features over 200 Cobra, GT40 and Daytona Coupe replicas. Cobra Powersports Experiences Record Year of TGB Scooter Sales
With 3 months remaining, the sales of TGB Scooters in 2006 have already surpassed 2005 numbers.

Kennesaw, GA, October 31, 2006 -- Kennesaw, GA, November 1, 2006 -- Cobra Powersports announced their 2006 third quarter sales results were higher than the same period last year.

The companies sales for the first 9-months of 2006 have already exceeded 2005 sales due to the increased demand for its 49cc and 151cc TGB scooter line.

"We had a great start in 2006 because we had the only 49cc 2-stroke 2006 EPA certified scooter to sell and we increased our warranty to 2-years. Consumers want the powerful 2-strokes and we were the only company to have them available," said Bill Peirce, Cobra's CEO. "Then the fuel prices went up and our sales went through the roof because commuters were buying vehicles that would save them money on gas. It took us several months to catch up to the demand."

"Even though gasoline prices have recently come down, consumers are still interested in buying vehicles that can save money on fuel because many expect fuel prices to go back up. This holiday we expect consumers will be purchasing our scooters to fill this need," added Mr. Peirce.

Cobra Powersports Offers The First 2006 EPA Certificated 49cc 2-Stroke Scooters
The entire 2006 TGB motor scooter line is US EPA Certified. TGB 49cc and 151cc scooters are legal for all 50-states.

Kennesaw, GA, January 27, 2006 -- TGB Scooters distributed by Cobra Powersports are the first 2006 49cc 2-stroke motor scooters that can be legally sold in the Untied States. Cobra Powersports, the US Distributor for TGB scooters, motorcycles and ATVs (all-terrain vehicles), obtained 2006 EPA Certification for its TGB 49cc 2-stroke on November 21, 2005 and its 151cc 4-stroke scooters on July 27, 2005. The first shipment of 2006 49cc 2-stroke scooters arrived at Cobra Powersports warehouses today and are already shipping to Authorized TGB Dealers in the US.

In the past, motorcycles and scooters with an engine displacement of under 50cc's were exempt from EPA Certification. The rules changed for model year 2006 and now all motorcycles and scooters have to be tested and certified under The United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) Onroad Motorcycle rules. These changes affect importing and manufacturing motorcycles with a displacement of under 50cc's and made it much more difficult for a 2-stroke engine to be able to sold in the USA.

"The new EPA rules are good for the industry," says Bill Peirce, President of Cobra Powersports. "We need cleaner burning engines to protect our environment. It's not enough that we offer fuel efficient vehicles, we must also provide the best products for our communities air quality," adds Mr. Peirce. "Many companies won't be able to comply with the new rules because they don't understand how to engineer an engine to pass the emissions and still offer enough power to satisfy the US consumers need for speed. We started planning for this new EPA law over 2 years ago because we knew a 4-stroke engine with a displacement of under 49cc would either be under powered or too expensive to manufacturer in if we had to use multiple valves or fuel injection. We knew we had to be ready with a high-performance 2-stroke engine."

Robert Bates, Vice President of Technology at Cobra Powersports says, "2-stroke engines don't need valve adjustments or oil changes and have more power than a similar sized 4-stroke engine with 2 valves." Mr. Bates adds, "Many states have very favorable licensing and registration laws for 49cc scooters so we made a long-term commitment to meet the demands of the consumers in those states. I believe that the 2006 TGB scooters exceed the expectations of our customers and dealers. This year, we expect to sell 2 or 3 times as many TGB scooters as we did last year."

2006 TGB Motor Scooters Now Have 2-Year, Unlimited Miles Warranty
Low failure rate leads manufacturer to lengthen warranty

Kennesaw, GA, January 11, 2006 -- Cobra Powersports, the US Distributor for TGB scooters, motorcycles and ATVs (all-terrain vehicles), has announced that it has lengthened all 2006 49cc and 151cc scooters to an industry leading 2-year warranty, unlimited miles. Cobra Powersports increased coverage after reviewing 2004-2005 warranty claims and finding that the TGB scooters have an extremely low warranty claim rate of less than 0.3%.

The new warranty policy doubles the coverage of TGB scooters and increased the parts that are covered. Bill Peirce, President of Cobra Powersports, said, "We knew that the TGB scooters were great products, but after our technical manager totaled up the warranty claims that we paid out over the past 2 years I had to smile. Our failure rate was so low that I knew we had a great opportunity to show our customers and dealers that we believe in the TGB scooters so much that we are going to double the warranty."

"Our warranty has real meat behind it because we cover defective parts for 2 full years. Unlike many warranties that exclude certain parts, don't pay labor, or drop coverage as the scooters age; we cover the whole scooter, except wearable items such as tires and air filters." Mr. Peirce adds, "We also pay the labor charges to make the repairs covered under the warranty so that our customers won't have to pay for covered repairs."
